You will be required an Approval Letter to obtain a Vietnam visa. This is a letter approved by Vietnamese Immigration Department, which allows you to enter and remain to stay in Vietnam for a given period. With the Approval Letter, you can obtain a visa for Vietnam at any Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate overseas or at a Vietnamese international airport.

Vietnam Visa Cost
• Service fee: (upon request) - Payable in advance, upon receiving a payment request from us.
• Stamp fee: 45 USD/ single entry - Payable in cash directly at the airport when you arrive in Vietnam.
Procedure
Receiving request for your Vietnam tourist visa, we will arrange your pre-approval letter with a Customer Code. So when you arrive Vietnam, you can pick up the visa at any point of entry of Vietnam's international airports.
Within 24 hours after receiving your final payment confirmation, we will send you the pre-approval letter with your Customer Code by email or fax.
When you arrive at the airport immigration desk, you will need to present your passport, the pre-approval letter and two (2) passport photos (4cm x 6cm) to obtain the visa stamp.

Our Vietnamese Visa service is available only for guests booking a cruise tour with The Au Co Cruise.
This service is applicable only for arrivals at Vietnam’s international airports including Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City or Danang International Airport in Danang City. If you will arrive in Vietnam by sea or by road, please contact us for more information.
The Au Co Cruise cannot guarantee you will be granted a Vietnam visa. All visa decisions are made by the Vietnamese Immigration Department. The Au Co Crusie is not liable, for any reasons whatsoever, for any failure to obtain a Vietnam Visa or subsequent consequences resulting from any failure to obtain a Vietnam Visa.
